The bed was extremely cozy and the room was nicely decorated; the location is great, close to ski areas and offering beautiful mountain views with hiking trails nearby.

Very spacious room. Big safe. Very good dinner. Wellness area with two saunas and a steam bath. Ski bus station right in front of the door.

Staff slightly overburdened and partly speaks very bad German. Dinner unfortunately from the buffet. Nothing special at breakfast. Furnishings and style outdated but clean.

all very busy, small but fine wellness area with pool and saunas, all very clean. the rooms are very clean and rustically furnished. breakfast fulfilled every wish and was very varied.

unfortunately i think it's a bit of a pity that nobody told us where the breakfast takes place, from when to when and where the wellness area is etc. hotel is very large and it takes time to find the premises one is addicted to! :-)

Thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and very good breakfast for every taste. I had a heated, huge room complete with new towels for the spa. Great view of the mountains plus the balcony. Super location. the staff were pleasant.

Fantastic fairly clean property, it has excellent and extremely friendly staff from Reception to room service. The rooms are perfectly clean, stylish, and come with a private safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, slept really good. The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable🙂

the central location was so convenient, just a kilometer away from a 175ft ferris wheel 🎡.

The rooms were very large and comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet location and the wellness area (swimming pool, steam bath and sauna)!

One could work on the friendliness of the two gentlemen at the bar in the foyer. Rather arrogant, detached and distant. All other staff was very friendly!
